Where does QUICKBIDZ source its products from?
QUICKBIDZ is a division of Quicklotz Liquidations. We have contracts with major retailers nationwide to liquidate their excess inventory. The merchandise mostly consist of overstocks, shelf pulls and customer returns.
How do I participate in QUICKBIDZ auctions?
To place a bid, you must first create an account with us. Input your information, click on "Submit" and click on the verification email that is sent to you to activate your account. It is important to understand that you may bid on as many products as you like and continue to re-enter your bid amount until you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. You will be billed for the highest amount entered on a given lot.
How long do I have to pay for my item?
Our secure website will automatically charge your credit/debit card on file as you win items on the auctions. If the payment fails, you have 24 hours to pay for your items or they will be re-listed. If you fail to pay for your invoices after 24 hours more than 3 times, your account will be blocked from participating in future auctions.
How do I apply credit on an item?
Our secure website will automatically apply credits first then charge the difference on your card on file. If you are checking out manually, credit is added on the first page of the checkout, below shipping preferences.
How do I get my items shipped to me?
If you chose "Shipping" as your postage method, we will automatically add the shipping charges to your order so we are able to ship the items to you.
We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner, typically between 3-7 business days.
If your order was paid without shipping charges and you decide to have your order shipped to you, there will be delays in processing your shipment as payment will have to be manually collected by our staff to cover the shipping charges.
How do I pick up my items?
If you chose to pick-up your items, once your invoices are paid, you MUST SCHEDULE your pick-up online here.
The pick-up location is at 1101 Melbourne Road Suite 7000 Hurst, TX 76053 United States.
If you do not schedule your pick-up and your item is not picked up within 30 days of the initial purchase, it is considered abandoned and the item will be resold by QBIDS with no refunds to the original buyer.
If you decide to pick-up an item after you paid for shipping, the amount paid for shipping will be issued as credit to your account.
