How to Use:
To help prevent athlete's foot:
1. Thoroughly wash and dry your feet.
2. Shake the can well and apply a thin layer of powder to your feet once or twice daily (morning and/or night). Pay close attention to the spaces between your toes.
3. Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes. Change your shoes and socks at least once a day.
