How to Use:

1. If your shoes have removable insoles, remove them first.
2. Align the new insole with the old insole's back edge and trim to match the size of the old insole.
3. If your shoes have non-removable insoles, use the trim guide located near the toe area of the insole to cut to fit your shoe size.
4. Insert the insoles into your shoes, toe-first, with the fabric side facing up.
5. Ensure the heel of the insole rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
