Dr. Scholl's Extra Support Insoles are scientifically designed for women who experience lower back pain and foot or leg fatigue, particularly those with larger, wider, or taller feet. These durable insoles provide extra cushioning around the heel. They offer all-day support and relief.
How to Use:
1. Remove any existing insoles from your shoes, if possible.
2. If your existing insoles are removable, carefully position the new insole against the back of the Dr. Scholl's insole and trim to match the size of the old insoles.
3. If your existing insoles are not removable, trim the new insole to fit your shoe size using the guide on the bottom near the toe.
4. Insert the insole into the shoe, toe first, with the fabric side facing up.
5. Ensure the heel of the insole rests firmly in the heel of the shoe.
It is recommended to replace the insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear.
